VHP M10

The VHP M10 Biodecontamination System utilizes Vaprox Sterilant (EPA Reg. No. 58779-4) as a means of achieving dry, low temperature sterilization within sealed enclosures such as isolators and glove boxes. The dry, gaseous process consists of four distinct phases: Dehumidification, Conditioning, Biodecontamination and Aeration. Aeration continues until hydrogen peroxide is reduced to an acceptable level.

  • Productivity: Provides rapid Biodecontamination for small enclosures up to 5m3
  • Integration: Capable of operating as standalone unit or integrated with another control system via Ethernet or discrete I/O.
  • Efficacy: The gaseous decontamination process is effective against a wide variety of microorganisms and has a broad range of material compatibility.
  • Green: Provides a non-toxic and environmentally friendly alternative to other decontamination processes. Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide breaks down to water vapor and Oxygen.
